Ingredients:
2 l of
water
200g of(front) beef
200g of pork
100g of sausages
200g of beetroot
2 spoons tomato sauce
50g of oil
2 spoons flour
1/4l of sour cream
200g of cabbage
1 big onion
1 carrot
salt
sugar,vinegar
pepper
Instructions:
Put meat into water, add spice, salt and boil it Peel and cut onion, pour oil on
the frying-pan, add tomato sauce, beetroot, carrot, cabbage, spice and stew it.
Drain meat, add stew vegetables into meatstock,boil for 10 minutes.Cut meat and
slice sausages and then put into the soup. In the end add the cream, season
vinegar,salt and sugar.
