Ingredients:
3 eggs
200g.
youghurt
200ml vegetable oil
200g. flour
5g. sodium bicarbonet
100g, powdered sugar
1 vanilla
vegetable oil for frying.
How to prepare:
Whip the eggs with
yogurt. Add the flour, little salt and the soda. Beat the mixture well up. With
a wooden spoon, moistened with water, spoon up the mixture and put into the hot
oil. The “buhti” are being fried on both sides until they become to red.
They are served, sprinkled with powdered sugar/or splashed
