Ingredients: The dough is divided in 8 to 10 balls Roll out each ball to a thick sheet. Spread the first sheet in a buttered baking dish and sprinkle it with sliced walnuts. Repeat it with the second sheet. Slice the pastry in square pieces. Bake it in a moderate oven. When it is ready, pour the baklava with the syrup prepared of ½ kg of sugar and ½ kg of water.
